A major success for Moosbrugger Cheese: The flower-refined cheese “Blossom Magic” was awarded the gold medal in the “Mountain Cheese” category at the International Cheese & Dairy Expo (ICDA) in Stratford. Over 4,000 cheeses from around the world were submitted to the competition in a wide variety of categories. For Moosbrugger, this award marks the perfect entry into the English market and, at the same time, represents significant international recognition of the cheese’s quality.

“This award makes us incredibly proud. It confirms the high quality of our products and is the perfect stepping stone for us into the English market, as well as a strong signal of our international standing,” says Managing Director Stefan Fessler.
